How much is postage?

Standard postage within Australia is free.

International postage: please email us to request a quote.

How long will my item take to reach me?

Items are carefully packaged within 2 business days of purchase and posted with Australia Post. Postage can take 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Items are posted from Brisbane, Queensland.

Can you combine postage for multiple items that I purchase from your store?

Yes we are happy to combine postage.

Do you accept returns?

If the item is not as described, please contact us within 30 days and post the item back to us. We will refund your purchase price, or replace the item.

Please note: costs associated with returning the item are not refundable. We will pay costs incurred in sending a replacement, if a replacement is available.
